IMG recognized two member companies for their outstanding performances this month in an awards evening in Raleigh, North Carolina, sponsored by Prevost and Amaya Seating.
Cline Tours is the recipient of the 2024 International Motor Coach Group Safety Award.
“This is such a great award for our entire team,” Tom Skinner, Vice President of the Mississippi-based Cline Tours, said in his acceptance speech. “We appreciate the IMG network so much.”
Every year, the IMG Safety Award is given to an IMG company that demonstrates the highest level of safety throughout the organization. The award winner not only meets the highest level of federal, state and local regulations but goes above and beyond in implementing safety measures that ensure the safest work and transportation conditions possible for employees and customers.
Cline Tours was chosen for the award by a committee of past winners: Transportation Charter Services, of California; Southeastern Stages, of Georgia; and Pacific Coachways, of California.
The IMG Spirit Award is given to the IMG company that displays the spirit of IMG philosophies, best practices and operations for maintenance, training and safety while demonstrating leadership that benefits fellow members and the IMG Organization.
Anderson Coach and Travel was chosen for the Spirit Award by these current past winners: Vandalia Bus Line, of Missouri; Karst Stage, of Montana; and Niagara Scenic Tours, of New York.
“This is such a team effort, and I am so proud to accept this on everyone’s behalf,” said Doug Anderson, President of Anderson Coach and Travel. “The team at this IMG meeting represents the next generation at Anderson, and we appreciate the recognition by IMG.”
