Motorcoach operators can apply for CERTS funding through July 19

Tonight the US Department of Treasury has opened the CERTS Portal. The link is on the page where they previously published program guidelines, an FAQ, and information about ID.me requirements. The guidelines have been revised since they were first published, so motorcoach operators are encouraged to review the new document.

The deadline to apply is July 19.

The Coronavirus Economic Relief for Transportation Services (CERTS) Program is providing eligible transportation service companies with resources to help to maintain payroll, hire back employees who may have been laid off, and cover applicable overhead and operational expenses. The legislation was signed into law in December of 2020.
